Account & Login Issues

To reset your password:
  1. Go to the login page for your portal
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Follow the link to create a new password
If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Employee Portal: For regular employees to access payslips, leave requests, and personal info
HR Admin Portal: For HR managers and administrators
Client Admin Portal: For organization administrators to manage licenses
Database Admin: For technical administrators managing databases

Accounts are typically locked after 5 failed login attempts. To unlock:
  • Wait 30 minutes for automatic unlock
  • Use the password reset option
  • Contact your HR administrator
  • Submit a support ticket for immediate assistance
Employee Self-Service

  1. Login to the Employee Portal
  2. Navigate to "Leave Management"
  3. Click "Apply for Leave"
  4. Select leave type and dates
  5. Add reason and any attachments
  6. Submit for approval
You'll receive email notifications about your leave status.

Payslips are available in the Employee Portal under "Payroll" → "My Payslips". You can view and download payslips for the last 24 months. For older payslips, please contact HR.

Go to "My Profile" in the Employee Portal. You can update:
  • Contact information (phone, email, address)
  • Emergency contacts
  • Bank details (requires approval)
  • Profile photo
Some changes may require HR approval.

Try these troubleshooting steps:
  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies

  3. Check your internet connection speed
